AOI, Automatic Optical Inspection, is an effective intelligent equipment which is based on imitation of human eyes, by machine vision technology, to inspect common defects of PCBA instead of men in soldering technique production.

The ALD**5 is designed specially for high yield, providing you extremely high production efficiency. Its image collection system equipped with industrial multi-core PC speeds up the test for large size and high density PCBA and meets any production requirements.

8.Offline Dongle 1 SET (blue and purple) will be sent with the machine.
9.With Win 7 English version operating system CD of legal copy ( labels will be on the computer mainframe, the CD will be sent along with the machine package).
*0.Repair staton software installed on the machine.
*1.CDs along with machine includes SPC and OLP SW.
*2.The default brightness values will be reduced by *0% to avoid white color before leaving factory. 
*3.The machine shell color will be blue.
*4. Wheels installed.
