PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMAS

Nowadays it is a worldwide educational norm, that in many cases the experiences and higher education or skill of a person in a particular area/field is counted and directly converted into *1 or *2 year certification called competency certificate/ diploma. In Europe it is called life experience award, and in the east Asia, such practices are also going on since last *0 years. Usually such certifications are issued is technical and management field and thus it is a valid practice. Nowadays, the government of Pakistan has also introduced such practice, under the name of RPL. RPL stands for the Recognition of Prior Learning. The TEVET of Punjab and Technical board of KPK and also SDC of Punjab execute such a process.

The overseas Pakistanis are an asset of Pakistan and they earn a lot for the country and society. So this method of RPL award for them is very meaningful and is a service towards the country. AIMMS is trying to help the enrolled skilled and semi skilled persons for such awards.
