UMI regular gypsum wallboard is used as a covering material for walls and ceilings. It is also used in making partition walls in new building construction or renovation work. It is packaged with ivory cardboard on face side & grey cardboard on the back side with blue edge tape. 

It is designed for direct attachment by screws, nails or adhesive to wood or metal framing or already existing surfaces.

• UMI gypsum board is designed to provide monolithic surfaces ready for decoration with paint, wallpaper, or other final decoration. Gypsum board wall and ceiling systems provide many outstanding advantages not available with other common interior finish materials:
