Cyclone preheater and calciner work together to complete the task of cement raw material and calcium carbonate. Decomposition rate ot the raw material into the kiln can be up to *0%. Because of these advantages, the size of the rotary kiln can be reduced accordingly.

Structural features
(1)All cyclones adopt low resistance structure and long diameter spiral case. There are diversion device at inlet side and inner cylinder at outlet side. So, it can improve the separation efficiency of cylones. C2, C3, C4, C5 inner cylinder adopt tiled chip in order to make installation, replacement and maintenance more convenient.
(2)On-line calciner structure is very simple with high decomposition efficiency and low NOx.
(3)Every cyclone cone has small maintenance holes, to solve the block problem.
(4)Discharge pipe adopts well sealed, flexible valve flap.
(5)Every cyclone pipe join closely to reduce the height and area of kiln inlet frame.
(6)All the joint flange in system are weld, cut the after air leakage in a big margin.
