By the friction of molecule on the surface or inside the work piece, the temperature at the connection area is to be increased. When the temperature of the connection area reaches the melting points, the melted plastic will flow into the gag at the connection area. The welding process can be finished by outside phisical force while the ultrasonic is stopped. The shape is formed and the welding process is completed. 2.Ultrasonic Embeding: Embeding the nuts/screws/or other metal piece into plastic work pieces with the help of ultrasonic and pressure from the machine. 3.Ultrasonic Riveting: Welding metal material and plastic piece together, or welding two different kinds of plasics together. The products produced are firm and nice. 4.Ultrasonic Spot Welding: By using the small size ultrasonic welding horn/horns, we can weld the welding objects together, one-off welding or multi-point welding are optional by using different moulds and horns. 5.Ultrasonic Forming: Making the plastic work piece welding and forming very quickly by using ultrasonic machine. 6.Ulitrasonic Cutting.: By designing the special welding moulds/horns, to reach the purpose of cutting plastics or colthing materials.
