Features of ceramic bearing:

• Bear high temperature: ceramic balls will not expand under high temperature as for its low expansion coefficient; common bearing can bear 160℃, while ceramic bearing can bear over 220℃.      Main application: furnace equipment, plastic manufacturing equipment, steel making equipment and so on;
• High speed: ceramic ball is oil free , self lubrication with low frictional coefficient, speed of ceramic bearing is over 1.5 times than that of common bearing.      Main application: high-speed spindle, high precision equipment;
• Corrosion resistant: bearings can be applied under the environment of stong acid, strong base, sea water and so on.      Main application: electroplating equipment, electronic equipment, chemcial equipment, ship manufacturing equipment, medical instrument and so on;
• Antimagnetic: prevent dust , reduce bearing flaking and noise.      Main application: demagnetization device and other precision instruments; 
• Isolated: ceramic bearing can work under electric encironment.      Main application: electric equipment;
• Self-lubricating: can work under vacuum environment.
