DEPARTMENT. THEN BOTH PARTIES SIGN THE PURCHASE CONTRACT.

SHIPMENT: 7% OF THE TOTAL COST TO BE PAID BY BUYER TO SELLER TO ENABLE
SELLER TO PRODUCED ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATIONS AND CHARGES FOR
THE EXPORT OF THE METAL.
