1.Introduction
PP filling rope is made of drawing-grade polypropylene as raw material, through extrusion molding, and then laminating and opening the net to make the cable filling mesh tear fiber, which can be twisted or untwisted. It is a non-hygroscopic filler with good chemical stability and high mechanical strength.
In the cable production process, in order to make the cable core round, improve the cable appearance quality and increase the cable tensile properties, the gap of the cable core needs to be filled, therefore the PP filling rope is one of the most commonly used filling materials.
The PP filling rope has good electrical insulation, soft elastic, high tensile strength, no moisture absorption and other excellent physical and chemical properties, and will not rot during long-term filling in the cable, which is suitable for all types of cable filling. No slippage during filling, and the filling is round. The PP filling rope has become one of the best materials for cable filling due to its unique properties.
