This plant produces plating tank, electrolytic unit, galvanizing bath, pickling tank, passivation tank, phosphatisation tank, oxidation tank, dosing tank, sewage treating tank, chemical industry store tank, dye printing tank, and lathe placing tank, etc.. All the aforesaid products can be processed according to user needs (as per drawings).

Pickling tank is made of polypropylene, carbon steel engineering plastics PP plate, which has overcome the leakage and ageing of granite. It has merits of high strength, nice resistance to corrosion, strong impact resistance, light weight, good toughness of material, difficult of degradation and convenient maintenance.

The shape and size of pickling tank can be customized exactly according to client requirement. The edge of external tank is wrapped with steel ribs to withstand high temperature for long time before deforming; the product is extensively used in production process of pickling, phosphatizing, electrolyzing, copper-plating, nickeling, zinc galvanizing, palladium plating and gold plating in industries of metallurgy, galvanizing, and chemical industry.
