Features：

Hydraulic support is important equipment for comprehensive mechanized coal mining, widely used in coal enterprises all over the country. With the change of the supporting technology, after the working face is cutting through, a large number of coal and gangue come into internal support, causing damages to the bracket valve group and pipelines.

Spillplate is to board in the coal and ore to prevent it from falling on hydraulic support when the coal is falling. The instantaneous impact is quite big, which requests the spillplate of very high impact strength, tear resistance, cut resistance, anti-bending performance, strong rigidity and good elasticity, resistance to shock, fast recovery from deformation after impact, anti-flaming and antistatic performance for underground use. Researches show that only polyurethane composite spillplate can meet the above requirements.

Good wear-resisting performance, more than six times of rubber’s, more than two times of the manganese steel plate, Akron abrasion value only 0.*4 g/***0rpm.

Good shock resistance, high tear strength, tear strength as high as **0 kN/m, more than seven times of natural rubber (rubber’s tear strength is *9 kN/m or less).

High tenacity, high flexibility, tensile strength up to *5 MPa, four times of rubber.

High hardness(≥Shao A*3), stable hardness value, good rigidity. Both sides are polyurethane structure, with a bulletproof fiber inside, carbon fiber reinforced; ensure good rigidity and good toughness as well.

Light weight, easy to install and use. The gravity is 1.2, only 1/6 of manganese steel weight.

Excellent oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, ageing resistance, low temperature performance: this product can be used at **0 ℃ hot oil medium for a long time, and will not fracture in low temperature of **0 ℃. 

Good anti-flaming performance: surface resistance is 3x**6 Ω, meeting the requirement of national standard for coal of MT*******5.
