Polymer bandage is a replacement product of plaster bandage, which has obvious advantages over plaster bandage, and has

gradually become the first choice of major hospitals.



At present, the market is divided into polyester bandage (polyester fiber bandage) and glass fiber bandage (glass fiber bandage) according to the manufacturing materials.



It is mainly used for external fixation of fractures and sprains in orthopedics, plastic surgery and general surgery to promote fracture healing. It is an ideal upgrade of traditional plaster.

direction for use：

1. Wear medical gloves, select bandages of appropriate sizes according to different parts, and then wrap cotton sleeves or rolls on affected parts.



2. After opening the package, soak the bandage in clear water (the appropriate temperature is *1℃**4℃) for **6 minutes, squeeze for **3 times at the same time to absorb water evenly, then take it out and press to remove excess water. (Note: Water temperature has a direct effect on bandage curing, while high water temperature results in short curing time)



3. Wrap the bandage spirally around the affected part with the overlapping width of 1/**2/3. The tightness should be moderate. Too loose will weaken the adhesive force of the bandage and too tight will affect the blood circulation of the affected part (Note: the strength of the bandage is related to the number of overlapping layers. Non-bearing parts overlap **4 layers and bearing parts overlap **6 layers. When the amount of product to be used needs to be increased, good adhesion between various layers of the tube type shall be ensured)



4. When the bandage is plastic, ensure that all layers of the bandage are tightly combined. The appeal operation should be completed within **5 minutes. (Note: If the operation time exceeds the specified time, the adhesive force and plastic effect of the bandage will be affected. If the bandage is not completely cured within *0 minutes after shaping, the affected part is forbidden to move freely)
