Features: PA has good comprehensive performance,including mechanical properties, heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance and self lubrication,and the friction coefficient is low, and there is a certain flame retardancy;easy to process, tough, wear-resistant, oil resistant, water resistant, anti enzyme bacteria, but large water absorption;
Type:PA6、PA66、PAll、PAl2、PA46、PA610、PA612、PAl010、PA6T,etc;
Proportion:PA6 1.14g/cm3,PA66 1.15g/cm3,PA1010 1.05g/cm3;
Molding shrinkage rate:PA6 0.8-2.5%,PA66 1.5-2.2%;
Molding temperature:220-300℃;
Drying condition:100-110℃/12 hours;

Application:
1. Automobile manufacturing:fuel filter net,fuel filter,pot,trap,oil storage tank,engine cylinder cover,radiator cylinder,balanced rotating shaft gear,electrical fittings,wiring terminal,drive,control unit;
2. Electrical and electronic:electric bowl,electric vacuum cleaner,high frequency electronic food heater,wiring of electrical products,switches and resistors,digital rotary disk of electronic typewriter,wiring terminal,transmission gear,ribbon filter, etc;
3. Medical apparatus and instruments:blood transfusion tube,blood collector,infusion device,surgical suture,wig, etc;
