The lab twin screw extruder is with PLC touch screen control system, every cylinder heating zone temperature can be set and controlled. Double screw rotation speed and feed screw speed can be controlled dynamically and intelligently, with intuitive interface, easy operation and high degree of automation.

The lab twin screw extruder is appropriate for the mixing processing, experiment of different kinds of plastics and color masterbatch. It is featured by plasticizing homogeneity, color proofing and filling modification.

8、Feeding device: 0 to  50 rpm frequency control of motor speed screw force feeding.
9、Driving system: Geared motor and reduction gear torque distribution integration.
10、Electric control system: PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface operation system.
11、Power：3∮,AC380V, 50Hz Three-phase and five-line power supply
