How to use our molds to make gypsum decoration materials :

·Preparation 1:materials should be prepared in advance:

aluminum alloy mold, scraper, worktable, water, glass fiber, gypsum powder, release oil, brush, shovel, agitation barrel (with volume of *1 liters), plastic rope

·Preparation 2:clear dirt from mold with a brush

·*0 steps to make gypsum cornice by using aluminum alloy mold:

Step1: brush a small amount of release oil on mold

Step2: pour water in the barrel and then put gypsum powder in it ; the ratio of water and powder is 1:1.5 ( it means a gourd of water , one and a half bailer of powder)

Step3: dissolve powder in water till no dry powder exists

Step4: stir powder and water into slurry (the speed should be fast ; the faster the better); Appearance of granular powder in slurry is not allowed.

Step5: after pouring slurry for the first time, touch the mold back and forth for twice (fingers should be placed on depressions) then pour slurry again

Step6: wash hands and then grab some glass fiber to spread on the mold evenly. After that, press glass fiber with slurry pouring on them

Step7: trim glass fiber in order to make them all be put on the centre of mold

Step8: tie up a pinch of glass fiber on the end of mold with a rope and flatten the surface

Step9: pour remaining slurry; smooth surface with a scraper

Step*0: shovel plaster off the edge of mold. After *0 minutes later, gypsum cornice can be released from the mold finally
