What we do:
Mold or Tooling:
We have been building injection mould and parts production for more than *0 years, experienced with different plastic injection mold styles,
i.e. hot manifold tooling, two-shot tooling, over mold, insert mold, automatic threading tooling, multi-action cylinder tooling, high mirror mould , single and multi cavity moulds.
Molding or Mass production:
We owned more than *0sets injection machines from *5T to **0T, there are 3 high-speed injection machines for short cycle time and super thin part molding.
Our QC departments will make IPQC report according to ISO********0 to make sure our customers products are all in specifications
 
How we do:
Providing you with a one stop service from products and detailed mold designs, through mold manufacturing, mold trial and volume production
With the help of machines like high precision CNC, EDM, Grinding, Drilling and Polishing we make our molds perfectly.

1. Design ability: 6 engineers and 6 designers with more than *0 years work experience make the design mold professional, they can handle software UG, Pro-E, Moldflow, Catia very well.
2. Quick response: *4 hours online communication from our marketing department, 1 day quote response from our quote department, 3 days you will receive the 3D mold design from our engineering departments after having your approval for the DFM
3. Excellent project management: we will provide weekly report to let you know the progress of mold manufacturing, so you do not need to spend too much time on traveling(but if you like travel we will be here anytime)
4. Guaranteed T1 date: Normally we only need **6 weeks for T1 after having the approval of mold design. With the help of good system we can control our manufacturing process very well so you have a guaranteed lead time.
