Phenolic  Foam Pipe Insulation System is widely used for the insulation of cold and hot water pipes,tanks and equipments in the filed of low temperature and cooling system. It has been widely used in Petrochemical,air separation LNG and other fields.

Pipe

The Phenolic foam insulation pipe developed by Fujian Tenlead advanced Co ., Ltd is free of chloride ion and sulfate ion,and its PH value is around 5~7, which solves the problem of corrosion damage of the thermal insulation material to the pipeline.

Pipe Support

The Function of the pipe support is protect the pipe system from condensation, dripping,  icing due to aging.Therefore, Based on many years of rich experience, Tenlead has developed a new type of high-efficiency insulation combination pipe support.

The support is composed of high-density foam(*0~**0kg/m3) and low density foam(*0~*0kg/m3). The high-density foam mainly bears weight and the low density foam plays the role of thermal insulation. Comparaed with the tradetional pipe supports made entierly of high-density foam, the heat loss at the pipe support can be great reduced.

Tenlead pipe support can minimize the heat loss at the bearing position, only 1/4 of the rubber supports, 1/5 of the metal supports, 1/*0 of the hardwood supports.
