Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) is a type of synchronous
motor that uses permanent magnets to generate a magnetic field, and
its rotor speed is kept consistent with the current frequency of
the stator winding.
A permanent magnet synchronous motor
is composed of components such as stator, rotor, and end
cover. The stator is
basically the same as a regular induction motor, using a laminated
structure to reduce iron loss during motor
operation. The rotor can
be made solid or laminated

winding can be a centralized whole distance winding, as well as
distributed short distance winding and unconventional winding
.
The working principle of permanent
magnet synchronous motor is based on the interaction between the
rotating magnetic field generated by the stator and the magnetic
field generated by the permanent magnet on the
rotor. Pre magnetized
permanent magnets are installed on the rotor, which can generate a
strong magnetic field during rotation, thereby providing greater
output torque. The control
system of the motor will accurately adjust the current to ensure
that the motor rotor can rotate synchronously with the rotating
magnetic field and maintain a stable operating state .
