Application
 
It is used for pressing wood particles, straw particles or their mixture to pellets. It also can be used for making RDF.
Characteristics
1.      The machine is suitable for different biomass materials, including wood wastes, straws, plam, bagasse ;
 
2.      The transmission systems of pellet presses with low power use bi-motor triangular belt. With simple structure, the pellet machine is easy to operate and maintain.
 
3.      Pellet mills with high power adopt synchronous belt drive. Electrical machines and ring die can be easy replace . Pellet diameters can be 6mm, 8mm, *0mm. If rubbish are used as materials to produce Rubbish Derivation Fuel, its pellet diameter can reach *4mm or larger.
4.      Roller shaft adapts automatic lubricator to prolong roller shaft life and save lubricating oil;
5.      Roller gap hydraulic automatic adjuster is optional to save time and operate pellet mill more efficiently;
6.      Roller shaft automatic oil cooling system is optional to prolong shaft life;
7.      Roller and ring die automatic lifting device make their replacement easy and fast.
