The product is made from the high-quality non-GMO peas exported from Canada . The working procedures include separating, homogenizing, sterilizing and spray drying. It’s yellow and fragrant with strong pea taste and has over two grade ,it have contain *0% protein and *5% protein two grade ,and *8 amino acids & vitamins without cholesterol. It has good gelatinization and water-solubility including dispersibility, stability and dissolution.
It is widely used in chocolate, ice cream, pet food and baked food including oatmeal, cake and bread based on the excellent functions.
Packaging:
*0kg/bag, paper & plastic compound bag with kraft bag inside and PE food inner bag. It can also be packaged according to customer demands.
Storage:
Store in ventilated and dry places Shelf Life: *4 months
