Parallettes have long been a favourite training tool of gymnasts. But their benefits can be enjoyed by anyone wishing to add another dimension to their strength training.

Parallettes simulate the parallel bars -a standard apparatus for male gymnasts. Parallette training was therefore considered a perfect way of transitioning without the need for a costly competition grade parallel bar setup.

Using parallettes you can train difficult isometric movements like the plank, L sits, the straddle or the planche. Or increase your range of motion in exercises like push ups and handstand push ups.
