The orange Maltaise is the variety thats the most associate to
Tunisia, whichs the unique producer and exporter in world. Known as
the "Queen of Oranges", it is regarded as the best sweet orange in
the world.
Its medium size and slightly oval shape, its bark is easily
removed, her tender and juicy flesh, its particularly pleasant
taste, sweetness balanced by a good level of acidity make it a
