Olivesare produced by traditional cultivars, well adapted to the region’s climate and to the dry land soils, distributed over an area of **0 hectares. 

Our extra-virgin olive oil of exceptional quality and low acidity is bottled in a glass bottle to preserve all its organoleptic properties. Characterised by a strong personality shaped by the nobility of the traditional cultivars and the centennial trees, our olive oil is known for its golden colour, its fragrant aroma and intense flavour of fresh fruit and spices.   

Olivesare harvested by traditional methods, and olive oil is produced only by mechanic processes, used to preserve the quality and the original fragrances of the particular climate of the north of Portugal.
