Hot melting filament yarn, also known as low melting yarn, low melting fiber, is one of the most rapidly developed functional material in recent years. It divided into Nylon hot melt yarn and Polyester hot melt yarn. By adjusting material properties, control the melting point at the range of 85-180 degree centigrade. At room temperature, hot melt yarn is just like normal fiber, it can be knitted or woven with other fibers into shoe upper fabric, inner bondi line, ribbon, etc. In dry heat or humid and hot conditions, put pressure on those fabric, the temperature rises, when it reaches the melting point of low melting yarn, the low melting yarn starts melting. However, other fibers no change at this period temperature. Then the temperature keeping rising, low melting yarn 100% melted and bond with other fibers in the fabric and finalize the design. You see, its just like kind of glue or chemical binder, but its eco-friendly and smell-less, it will not cause volatile matter and dust pollution. At same time, it reduces production process, and lower the production cost.
