Freshly cut from our pristine quality North Atlantic salmon, this fillet is processed in our IFS- and BRC-certified facility. Our salmon line is able to handle multiple tons of salmon on a daily basis, and our ideally located plant gives us great flexibility when it comes to transport and delivery.

About us

We control the entire supply chain from egg to plate. 

Process 
We select the best fish from farms in the pristine North Atlantic waters. After careful selection the fish is processed in our ultra-modern IFS- and BRC-certified processing facility. From whole trimmed fillets to accurately cut portions: anything is possible. Finally, the fish is being packed according to customer wishes. Fresh, IQF or IVP; almost everything is possible when it comes to packaging. 

Tracking   
We know we are as good as our last delivery. As a global seafood supplier, our responsibility is to ensure a safe and sustainable value chain. The whole process from harvest to end products is completed within ****2 hours. Our certifications prove that we can live up to our promise.    

Excellent logistics and precise delivery   
By working closely with suppliers and carriers, we can ensure delivery at the right place and the right time. We make use of our own logistics department in order to ensure the product is being shipped according to the highest food safety regulations.
