HT-J series normal electric actuator can be classified into: 
Open type base, Closed type base, Three-dimensional spherical 
instructions cover, and Automatic clutch-mounted hand crank. 


 

The main structural characteristics of our electric actuator are as 
follows: 

1, Due to characteristics of valve, the electric actuator must be able to
 provide high start up torque and low inertia with full load whenever
 the valve is at open, closed or any other position. HT Series actuators
 use a special design according to these requirements. 

2, Gear driving unit is made of alloy steel with heat treatment featuring
 high strength, excellent wear resistance and long term fatigue load
 impact.
3, Each product comes with a handle, when you need manual 
operation, the handle can be directly driven into the mouth of manually
operated valves, remove the handle when not in use, can be stored 
separately. Rubber waterproof cover screw is in fixed position, not 
easy to be lost. 

4, Due to characteristics of valve, the output shaft need to work in 
large torque for long-term, frequent reversing condition. The
traditional connection is difficult to reliably meet the requirements. 
In HT Series actuators, the output shaft and the turbine uses the 
integrated structure, and thus solve this problem. 
5, Each end cap is fixed to the box through the stainless steel screws
on, and when removing cover, the screws are not attached to the lid 
off to prevent the loss. 

6, Stainless steel bolts and mechanical travel restrictions can block
action on the implementing agency for mechanical travel limit. To 
facilitate the adjustment, the bolts placed outside, stainless steel nut to
ensure that each adjusted position. Termination of the General at the 
factory tour is set to 0 ~ *0 ° angle, but can also be set to any angle.
