Polyester needle felt

Between **0℃ and **0℃,PET felt is most widely applied ,With smooth surface, needle felts made from polyester yarns have good air permeability and are not yielding.with some surface finished,polyester needle felt have the properties of  water,oil repellent and antistatic .They are excellent in industrial fume dust-controlled  and dust collection

 

Fiberglass composite needle felt

Fiberglass composite needle felt is made of more than two varieties of heat-resistant fiber for getting better chemical performance,It has many advantages such as heat-resisting, high strength and resistance to corrosion. After chemical treatment and finishing , It also possess the abilities of easily cleaning,  waterproof, antistatic and so on.

 

PP

The full name is PolyPhenylene Sulfide，it is limited to **0℃.Being a more stable polymer , it provides better acid resistance ,compared to aramid ,at higher temperatures.it is subject to oxidation at high O2levels. PPS felt usually deals with the gas from low-sulfur coal.and it is widely used for dust collection.

Storage :Stored in dry well ventilated place, and should not be long-term exposure in the sunlight.

 

 Aramid and Nomex

 Aramid needle felt characteristics:high temperature(******0℃),anti-acid,anti-alkali,high filtration blow speed,low pressure drop,anti-break,and anti-abrasion,but it easily be hydrolyzed in the condition of high temperature,which mostly applied in pitch mix gas ,blast furnace gas in steel factory in steel factory,gas,tail gas of white char,kiln applicatons,electric cooker high temperature gas,etc.

Our company select the excellent P*4 fiber ,which is famous for its micro pore structure to needle into felt .it is high temperature resistant filter media ,with a good acid and alkali resistnce ,and good oxidation resistance. the working temperature is **0℃,and it has great ability to deal with accidences and excellent chemical resistance.
