1. Using the urea melt, cancles the procedures of spraying granulation for melting urea, and packing, transport and smashing for solid urea, simplified the procedures of production.
2. The melting granulation method makes effective use of the energy of melting urea. This method does not need low moisture contained, not need drying process and save plenty of energy consumption.
3. The granulation yield is high and almost no recycles.
4. The surface of granular is smooth, round and low moisture contained (less than 1%).It is also ant caking and resisting pressure (greater than *0N).The product is in high competitiveness.
5. It is clean production technique due to the good operation environment and no waste emission.
6. It can produce high nitrogen urea-based compound fertilizer.
