Curcumin is a kind of brown powder extracted and crystallized from the root of turmeric.And turmeric belongs to the perennial herb, a leafy plant in the ginger family.It root has excellent nutritional value and medicinal properties. Curcumin can dissolve in ethanol and alkaline solutions ,with good heat stability. It's widely used in nature food colorings or food additives and the pharmaceutical industry as raw material.

Curcumin against cancer, anti-oxidation, anti-arthritic , anti-amyloid and oxidative DNA damage , anti-inflammatory effect, with universally recognized effect. It can be widely used in pharmaceutical intermediates , health products field.
