Important: Buyer does not need to have a euro clear account, however, their institution will need to have a euro clear account and be part of the CSD (Central Security Depository) which most banks are. The buyers bank agrees to the purchase on behalf of and for the account of the client.
Procedure:
1: Buyer be accepted for the purchase of instruments
2: At the head office for the buyers bank, the buyer asks his bank to close on internal procedures

3:The buyer only asks the bank officer to buy via "internal procedures and the request as follows"

4: The buyer's will be matched by the seller's
5: Exchange is made
6: Buyer will email a copy of the instructions from the bank and or screen shot
to the following email address: RESPOND FOR EMAIL
7: Transaction is complete
