Description

MTP/MPO Trunk Cables are designed for high density application which offers excellent benefits in terms on-site installation time and space saving. We offer *2 to **4 fiber (core) MTP/MPO trunk cables which support both **-strand and **-strand in single-mode or multi-mode. The trunk cable assemblies are composed of high quality LSZH jacketed fiber optic cables, connecting equipment in racks to MTP/MPO backbone cables. Our MTP/MPO trunk cables are factory pre-terminated, tested and packed along with the test reports. MPO/MTP® Micro Cable Trunks are built with highest quality components. *2 Fiber MPO/MTP® trunk patch cord assemblies are interconnecting QSFP+ transceivers operating within *0GBASE-SR parallel optics networks. *4 Fiber MPO/MTP® trunk patch cord assemblies are interconnecting CFP transceivers operating within **0GBASE-SR parallel optics networks.

How to Choose The Right Fiber Optic Cable Type?

PS: The difference of OM4 and OM3 fiber mode as the following

1. OM4 was developed specifically for VCSEL laser transmission and allows *0 Gig / second link distances of up to **0 Meters (compared to **0M with OM3).
2. The effective modal bandwidth for OM4 is more than double that of OM3.
3. For OM4 patch cable it is ***0 MHz.km while for OM3 it is ***0 MHz.km.
