Terms of materials and lots control of finished products
Raw materials: Upon their arrival, materials supplied directly are identified by their label, their batch number is found and the analysis report is archived.
The physico-chemical controls on raw materials are limited to those necessary for identification: are considering organoleptic criteria such as appearance, color, smell, taste and physical characteristics such as density, pH, with reference to the specifications of suppliers and the experience gained by the operator.
Finished product: Physico-chemical controls on the finished product come in the form of assessment of organoleptic criteria such as aspect, color, smell and on the physical characteristic which constitutes the consistency in reference with batches of development and batches previously made.
Bacteriological contorls are performed on every batch.

Duration of validity of the product by Espace Bio Nature
 Accelerated aging tests were made.
The packaged product supports stays of three months in an oven at *0 ° C, *0 ° C and 4 ° C without significant change of its characteristics.
No change in color, consistency, pH and smell was detected.
These tests lead to estimate more than four years keeping in normal conditions of storage and *5 months after opening and initial use.
This product does not contain ingredients from bovine, ovine, caprine or any animal   Source. There is no risk of BSE contamination since all ingredients are synthetic or natural plant derived.
