   GL-GEPS modified of polystyrene production equipment is based on polystyrene as the main raw material ,injects foaming agent, combines water, electricity and steam to achieve effective control. Using the crowded, pressure and pull, we create a closed pore structure, light weight and high pressure of rigid insulation board. According to China national conditions, we further improve our production. By using value performance ratio analysis, we simplify the process of insulation board equipment, change the screw design mold of insulation board equipment, choose the advanced technology and accessories from Germany, Japan and other countries, to improve the insulation board equipment processing capacity and increase productions specifications.
  This equipment is divided into:automatic/ semi - automatic/ manual-vacuum/ adjustable type. It is made up of automatic intermittent advance machine, modification of polystyrene equipment forming machine, modification of polystyrene intermittent advance machine, automatic sliding door plate forming machine, automatic vibrating cutting machine, drying machine and modified polystyrene fireproof drying system.
