Basic principle:

Controlled by the computer, the marking pin move along the character and graphic track the computer has edited before, while the marking pin impacting at a high frequency on the wok-piece under the action of compressed air, thus on the workpiece forming characters and graphics.

Based on Windows *8 / ***0 / XP / NT software operating platform, the editing function is powerful, and it is easier to use. It can be printed in Chinese, English characters, numerals, any graphics, can mark serial number automatically, the international standard VIN code, and scales.

Main Features:

Compared with Pneumatic Marking Machine at home and abroad, our factory has the advantages at:

1. It adopts two-column structure of lift check valves, so has wider adaptability, and more accurate positioning. (Generally, marker has only single column)

2. It uses four imported square linear guide rails, as the result, the degree of printing exquisite is greatly improved, and has achieved high-speed printing. (Similar pneumatic machine has only 2 guide rails)

3. Adopting special wear-resistant material, marking head (needle sets) is made from a special process, and the wear resistance is greatly increased, which leads to several times increase of service life. (Ordinary marking head sets are made of copper, which has poor wear resistance, and it will affect the delicate degree of markings after wearing)

4. The flat plate fixture is designed compact and connected to the computer, and that can realize intelligent semi-automatic printing, which accords with ergonomic principles, and is easy to use particularly. (Similar marking machine has neither clamps nor connection with the computer, so can not achieve semi-automatic printing).

5. The exhauster unit in the marking head is the creative design of our factory, which reduces noise and greatly improves the comfort of the operators.

6. One machine has multiple purposes: the same marking machine with finite height and dimension can also print at any position on the surface of any size or any height substance. This is the latest creative design of our factory.

7. The same marking head of the very marking machine can mark both on the iron and steel and in the self-adhesive paper (usually, pneumatic marker can mark on steel, but can hardly mark on paper).
