The characteristics of this screen is good penetration of drum sieve for slurry, stable running, simple operation, easy to discharge, sieve mesh hardly to be jammed to ensure the normal production, low failure rate, less maintenance costs. It is Particularly suitable for fibers removing before flotation and waste water treatment.

 Operating Principle

The slurry coming from transmit tube enter into the feed box and then to screening cavity after decompression. the qualified material flows into inside of the drum sieve through its mesh and collected in a hopper under the drum sieve   to be transmitted to next equipment. Oversize material is sticked on the outside surface of drum sieve under  the presure of slurry and taken away from screen cavity along with the counter rotation of drum sieve to slurry feeding direction. After flushing water for cleaning, They are separated from the drum sieve surface by the unload device then to oversize hopper to realize the separation of impurities in the pulp.

Application

Widely used in sewage treatment, slurry slag off operation in mineral processing, especially suitable for wastewater and fiber removal from pulp.
