Weiber high performance Mini Rotating Oven is designed for baking, roasting or reheating a variety of food. Weiber Compact Rotating Oven takes up less space, requires less time and offers lowest power consumption. The Rotating Oven features a unique air flow system, removable rack, microprocessor base PID controller along with full glass & double-pane door, which gives a full view of product to the customers. For the demanding baker, performance is most important, and that’s why the Weiber combines high steam production with unique air-flow system to yield baking results that match those of much larger and more expensive ovens.

Controls allow the operator to select features such as auto on/off, auto vent, fan delay and time/temperature to make operation even simpler.  The rack consists of a steel framework having casters at the bottom and supporting a vertical array of shelves. Weiber Electric Mini Rotating Rack Bakery Oven exterior is made to stand up to intensive environments with a fully-welded angle iron frame and double pane tempered glass. To achieve maximum efficiency, the interior of the unit features side-mounted halogen lights and rotating racks. Weiber Rotating Rack Oven versatile design technology offers varied area of application in food processing and manufacturing industries such as for breads, pastries, cookies, meats, casseroles and more.
