This equipment is exclusive using for fillet welding system, automatic seam tracking welding system for panel line, stiffener welding steel bridge and rib material welding point.

You can operating easily travel and welding ARC on/off by handling one , and by travel limit switch assembly it can close welding process accurately. It can help maximizing productivity managing large number of carriage(generally 4~5 times)

Feature

Weight of other companies carriage is *0~*3kg, lack of pulling power, when loaded about 4kg to torch, it makes out of welding line and reason of inferior goods. Likewise using permanent magnet within wheel, it is cause of attaching ARC spatter in wheel then uneven phenomenon occur to carriages body, this is reason of making inferior welding bead.

Then it is reason safety concerns(back injury) to worker when remove foreign substance in the wheel by hands. Seek these problems, we developed light weight carriage. Weight of mini fillet auto carriage is 7.2kg. So it is easy to carry and pulling power is *5kg by permanent magnet(located in center of carriage’s body).

It is easy to attach and remove naturally by human power. This carriage is highly versatile and is ideally suited to a wide variety of welding applications...particularly in "Tee" filler welding where there is not enough room(even in narrow space **0m/m) for the carriage to run on the horizontal plate.

By *5kg pulling power it can standing to welding cable and power cable’s anti loading, and it can make accurate and stabled running. And also using tacho generator feedback controlling system, it can make settled speed even if changing load.
