Coal mining polyester fiber reinforced plastic mesh fake ceiling is made of high modulus, high strength polyester filament warp knitted and bundled together as the base body, and coated with flame retarded, static conductive material. It can replace the net ceiling intertwined with bamboo splint and metal wire. The product has the excellent property in acid and alkali-resisting, anti-aging, flame retarded and static conductive. Furthermore, it has low cost, long life length, high breaking strength. Therefore, it can be widely used in tunnel for its protective ceiling, side protection and working fake ceiling

Product Feature

With the property of solid and soft, light in weight and high in breaking strength, the consumption of the fake ceiling is only around 1 kg per meter, while the corresponding metal ceiling will be about *2 kg per meter. The breaking strength can be ranged from *0kn to **0kn. The property is outstanding, compared with the metal net and other high strength mining nets for the same use.

Good acid and alkali-resisting, anti-corrosion; no friction static, excellent flame retarded and static conductive property. The property is unchanged when the fake ceiling is buried in mine; by the contrast, the metal net will be corroded, and the breaking strength will be dropped greatly.

Method of Application

It should be firmly pressed and fastened by M type steel belt and anchor wheel, hung up and pulled in high tension with the high strength deformed steel bar. The overlapping width should be over **0mm on the linking position. It should be linked with *4# iron wire between the adjacent mesh, and tighten together at the distance of every ******0mm along the linking position.

      In the case of permanent supporting in anchoring and shotcreting tunnel, the technical requirements for laying metal protective net can also adopted in the laying of coal mining polyester fiber reinforced plastic mesh fake ceiling. To solidify the supporting, it will be more effective if concrete is sprayed after fixing the fake ceiling with anchor rod and anchor wheel.
