FEATURES AND PURPOSE:
THE MODEL MZ****0C MICRO-COMPUTER TENSILE STRENGTH TESTER adopts the control of the microcomputer, sensor force value system, stepless timing and synchronous belt transmission. It has four archives and elongation is tracked automatically. The system has the following functions: elongation、 avulsion、 peel-back and so on and can the width, the thickness , the diameter ,gauge length and elongation at a given tensile stress, test number etc of the sample. In course of testing, the force value and elongation value will be displayed by the microcomputer, and PD will be formatting disposed according to testing requirement. Then printer will print the maximal force value, displacement value and other parameters. The shape of this machine is designed according to the same kind products at home. Its construction is novel; technique is advanced; performance is stable with high automation and high intelligentization. There is also the protection function of limit. It can be used for the analysis of mechanical performance of all kinds of material and the quality inspection of products in scientific research institutions, advanced colleges or technical secondary school, and enterprises on industry and mining and so on.
