Mica flakes is made by mica scrap which having sizes rotary hammer crushing machine. Mica flakes are primarily used in manufacturing of pearlescent pigment, concrete block fillers, quality mica flakes. These flakes and powder are classified into various mesh sizes with the help of sieve classifiers. Muscovite ruby mica flakes grade AA for pearl pigments, paint & chemical industry. Mica powder is made by grinding of mica scrap or mica flakes, grinding is a slow and costly process because of the tough plate like crystal structure of mica. Great care is needed to ensure the brilliance in color and other properties of the mica powder.
