GARANTY CONTRACT
a) Contract Guarantee: BG or SBLC – issued by Top *5 International Bank– operative by MT**0 (via Swift).
b) Contract Payment: With ARDLC (Auto-Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit) or DLC – irrevocable, divisible, transferable, without restrictions, unencumbered, unconditional, irreversible and negotiable payable against lodge shipment documents.
Must Be Issued Or Confirmed By A Top Bank *5 Bank First Order.

The payment shall be through one BG (Bank guarantee), as accomplishment guarantee, Irrevocable, Transferable, Operative, Divisible, Unconditional as guarantee of fulfillment of the contract, covering the value of **0,**0 MT, US$*8,**0,**0. with validity of *5 months. The BG will be issued or confirmed by a Top World bank like HSBC HONG KONG, and will be sent to Seller’s Bank through (Swift MT**0 Bank to Bank) till 5 (five) days after this Contract signed by the parties
The monthly payment of the monthly performed shipments shall be through a DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit), issued month to month. The DLCs shall be Non-transferable, Irrevocable, Operative Divisible, issued or Confirmed by an “AA” rate bank,
The DLC shall be payable at loading port after shipping documents presentation at sight in base of *8% of the good’s value, while the balance of 2% shall be paid by the buyer after CIQ issue at discharging port, within 5 (five) days after CIQ issue, by wire transfer or via DLC according to the correspondent Seller’s Invoice sent through Email by the Seller.

INSPECTION
A SGS inspection will be made on the iron ore for quality and quantity on seller's expense at loading port.

PROCEDURES

- Buyer issues ICPO and BCL or RWA + Copy Passport Color + NCND.
- Seller issues FCO.
- Buyer signs and stamps the FCO and send it back.
- Seller sends the Draft Contract to the buyer.
- Buyer signs it, stamp it and send it back to the Seller and issue a BG or SBLC of the agreed price.
- Seller sends to the buyer the Contract on his company letterhead.
- Buyer open BG or non-operative SBLC.
- Seller pays PB 2% + POP.
