Field of usage:

Methylene chloride has a variety of applications based mainly on its high solvency power and low boiling point. Uses include: paint and varnish stripper formulations; a degreaser ;extraction in food and pharmaceutical industries; as a solvent in aerosol formulations; adhesive formulations ; process solvent in polycarbonate production; plastic processing ; metal and textile treatment ;secondary blowing agent in flexible polyurethane foams .

Handling and Storage:

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of vapors .Keep containers tightly closed. Keep in original container. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Unsuitable containers: copper, zinc, aluminum, copper alloy, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy.
