The heavy low quality fuel oil ( Mazut-M**0) used in power
plant and in processing mazut is blended or broken down with the
end product of being diesel.
The product which is manufactured in Russia Federation, is
typically used for larger boilers in producing steam since the

considered a dirty oil product, and because viscosity drastically
