1.Character:

It contain a special emulsifier and can make the sugar and oil in the recipe mix well with quickly, so that the gluten can expand best, quicken the fermentation speed (*0% faster than normal improver)

2. Available for all kinds of bread, toast, Danish bread, bun, steamed bread. especially good for sweet bread.

3. Ingredients: corn starch, calcium carbonate, sodium stearoyl lactylate, xylanase, lipase, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)

4. Dosage: 0.3%~1% of flour amount.

5. Method of use: Blend with flour

6. Shelf life: *4 months
