Rubber Fenders/Rubber Buffers are usually installed on dock or ship, which could absorb collision energy during

ships are landing. This will protect both ship and dock.

 

Solid rubber fenders has been used for a long history since it is easily to be made and long time life.

In China, at present the standard of solid rubber fender is

.Front panel was set on the top to protect the fender and reduce the surface pressure.With front panel set

 

on the top, the surface pressure is greatly reduced, and also the use of the face pad reduce the friction with ships

 

Therefore increase the adaptability for shearing force at ship berthing.
