Mosaic & Medallion (Water Jet)


Mosaic: the art consisting of a desig made of small pieces of colored stone, glass, ceramic, seashell or coconut etc. There are a number of ways that mosiac tiles can be used in the home. It can be used in kitchens for a lovely backsplash, around the pool, on floors and it can even be used for spectacular murals. When you choose to have this lovely design element in your home, it will add a degree of elegance that you will not find with any other decorative touch.

1.Materials:
A: for mosaics:
1). Natural stone mosaic: granite mosaic, marble mosaic, slate mosaic, travertion mosaic,onyx / jade mosaic. sandstone mosaic etc

2.Detailed Descriptions for Each Material:
A. Natural stone mosaic & Attificial stone mosaic:
1). Common sheet size: **5***5**0mm;
2). Finished: polished, honed, tumbled;
3). Various patterns/ styles: smooth, spatial, concave-convex, lumious, can also be mixed with glass, ceramic, resin etc;
4). Back: fibre mesh+ environmental protection glue to ensure grains strongly together with mesh.

B. Glass mosaic:
1). Verious sizes, colors & patterns, the thickness commonly is 4mm or 8mm;
2). Finished / processing technic: electroplating, ice crack, mirrior, gold foil, relief, luminous, symphony,
gradual change;
3). Advantagues: available in assorted colors; anti-dust; excellent color fade resistance; washable; acid Proof; durable;
4). Can be mix mosaic with stone, ceramic, resin, metal etc;
5). *1sheets/CTN.


C. Ceramic mosaics / porcelain mosaics:

D. Coconut Shell Mosaics:
The coconut shell is extremely unique natural adornment material, its hardness with high-grade annatto quite and wear-resisting, natural bent radian. After purify the surface skin, shell appear ashen color with irregular grain ,wear-resisting, waterproof and need not use pigments, is great natural environmental protection material. 4. Packing for mosaics:
1. Each sheet is attched to a fibre mesh firmly;
2. Individal packing for a single sheel;
3. place a piece of film between adjacent sheets;
4. Cartons outside for sheet, sterong wooden crates for cartons.
