Why do you need to lubricate a treadmill？

1.Proper belt lubrication will help keep your treadmill in optimum condition and reduce needed repairs over time.

2.The treadmill needs lubrication to stop the motor from overworking and to keep the belt running smoothly. So, if you have noticed that your belt is sluggish, getting warmer than usual, or smelly, then its time to think about a bit of maintenance to keep everything running nicely.

How to Lubricate a Treadmill:

1.Lift the treadmill belt up on one side.
2.Apply 0.5 oz (*5 ml) of lubricant to the underside of belt.
3.Repeat on the other side.
4.You did it. Now run (or walk) like the wind!  

Pro Tips：
1.Make sure to apply the lubricant on the underside of the treadmill belt.
2.You may need to loosen the belt to properly apply the lubricant (make sure to tighten when complete).
3.Try and apply where your feet have the most contact with the treadmill.
