Brief Description

Detailed Description

Main Technical Specification.

- Lifting capacity is 1ton, 2ton, 3ton, *0ton

- The span (from railcenter to railcenter) ranged from 5m to *5m.

- Lifting speed is depend on the pull force.

- Lifting height can be 3m to *0m.

- Trolley traversing speed can be 4.2m/min, 4.7m/min, 5.3m/min or customer’s requirements.

- Traveling speed of the crane is 4.3m/min, 5.2m/min or your requirements

- The working duty is A3

- The working ambient is **5℃-**0℃.

Material for Crane Construct

- Material for general crane construct is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.

- Material for crane wheel is *5Mn or *2 CrMo.

- For explosion condition, the wheel material shall be stainless steel.

Component Used on Crane

- Chain hoist is well-known one in China.

- Such important electric components as trolley is of international brand one.

- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.

Package

- Main girder and end carriage covered by rain-proof clothes (picture can be seen in picture).

- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in wooden box.

Delivery

- Delivery time for the whole crane is *0 working days after payment advance.

Shipment

- Dispatch port can be Qingdao Port, Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or so on China port.

- Open top container will be recommended for the crane with main girder is less than *2m.

- Bulk cargo vessel will be used for crane with length of main girder is more than *2m.

- We can recommend our forward to our customer, and the forward appointed by our customer is also appreciated.
