We are committed to supplying our customers with only the safest and best quality fish. We ensure this by implementing the HACCP food safety management system at our factory. We strive to continuously improve the effectiveness of our process whilst meeting the standards, customer requirements, and statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Maldives has always relied on the ocean, making fishing an intrinsic part of the Maldivian identity. Local fishermen still use the traditional and sustainable pole and line method to catch fish. To ensure marine biodiversity and conservation, Maldivian law protects several species of fish, such as sea turtles and sharks.

Fishes are purchased after satisfying boat hygiene inspection, gathering fishing information, and preservation status as per the documented procedures and are graded, weighed, and tagged individually.

At factory intake, each fish is washed with potable water and representative numbers of fishes are inspected, Foreign bodies and/or Parasites, and General Organoleptic Quality parameters. The conforming fishes are stored in a chill bath at a temperature near to the melting point of ice or subjected to immediate processing.

The Scope of our product HACCP Plan will cover PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL, AND MICROBIOLOGICAL hazards involved with the raw materials from their RECEIPT and SELECTION / GRADING at the RECEIVING POINT to their LOADING of the finished product for air freight.

Each of our Products will have a separate HACCP Plan.
