ES SANITARY FIBER

Sanitary fiber, which is called ES fiber in China

The introduction: here are two main types of ES fibers with the composition of PE and PET. Its sheath layer is PE, and the core layer is PET (polyester, melting point*5°â„ƒ), which is an upgraded version of PE/PP.

It functionally divided into hydrophilic, water-repellent, hydrophilic, and so on. In addition, it also can be divided into whitening, general whitening, and so on.S fiber has various advantages such as soft, fluffy,low-temperature processing,heat-bonding, plasticity, non-toxic,on-irritating, and lightweight. It is mainly used to manufacture high-quality sanitary products such as sanitary napkins and diapers. And it is also high-quality materials used to make medical products such as medical protective cloth and medical protective masks, and so on.

2. Low melt fiber is made from different types of modified high molecular materials. It has a unique characteristic of melting at low temperatures and can naturally adhere without the use of a binder. Our common LMF is applied for hard cotton, decorative wallboard, seat mat, environmental filter, constructional acoustic damping, etc. Our ES/ETS sanitary grade LMF could be used for the surface layer and guide layer of disposable sanitary materials.
