LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) is a polymer produced by copolymerization of ethylene and a small amount of α-olefins (such as butene, hexene, octene, etc.). Its molecular structure is a linear main chain with short side chains, which is different from the long side chain structure of traditional low-density polyethylene (LDPE), so it has higher mechanical strength and heat resistance.

Physical properties: non-toxic, tasteless, odorless milky white particles with a density range of 0.**8~0.**5g/cm³, with both flexibility and rigidity.

‌Chemical stability‌: resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking‌

Main application areas of LLDPE

1. Film application (highest proportion)

Packaging film: used to produce shopping bags, garbage bags, industrial bushings, etc., with both lightweight and tear resistance.

Agricultural and greenhouse films: Strong weather resistance, can be exposed to outdoor environment for a long time, suitable for ground film, anti-leakage liner (such as waste landfill).

‌Special film‌: Transparent film (such as food packaging) enhances penetration resistance while maintaining high transparency.

3. Other fields

Waterproof materials: Anti-leakage ground film is used in environmental protection projects (such as waste pool lining).

Daily necessities: Such as buckets, basins and other household items

2. Industrial materials

‌Pipes and cables‌: Use its resistance to environmental stress cracking to manufacture water pipes, wire and cable coatings.

‌Molded products‌: Injection molding or rotational molding to produce toys, refrigeration equipment, oil food container covers, etc.
